What is Coaching?

We do not see things as they are, we see them as we are.  Perception is not reality.
Life coaching is about learning to perceive things differently and discover new options.

"Our attitudes control our lives.
Attitudes are a secret power working twenty-four hours a day, for good or bad.
It is of paramount importance that we know how to harness and control this great force."

  Tom Blandi

How does life coaching work?

"Whatever you can do, or think you can do, begin it.
For boldness has genius, power and magic within it."

Goethe

You set your goals and your life coach helps you to find creative ways of achieving them.  Your coach's skillful, upbeat way of working with you will motivate and inspire you, bringing new direction and clarity to your life.

Life coaching works best when you have something in your life that you are really motivated to tackle, change or achieve, so it is important to have a reasonably clear idea of what your objectives are before you begin.  You will need to have a strong feeling that you want your life to be different in some way, be fully committed to doing whatever it takes to make change happen, and be prepared to make the required investment of time and money in your future.

Life coaching is equally effective whether we talk face to face or on the telephone.  We do not have to live in the same city or even the same country.  Once you have decided that life coaching is right for you, please contact me  to discuss what you would like to achieve and we can then arrange an initial appointment.

Success is simply a state of mind.
If you want success, start thinking of yourself as a success

  • You develop your self-awareness through open and honest discussion.

Happiness is not a matter of good fortune or worldly possessions.
It's a mental attitude.  It comes from appreciating what we have,
instead of being miserable about what we don't have.
It's so simple - yet so hard for the human mind to comprehend.
